The product is good. The delivery service to the UK is not. They dropped it off in a post office and didn't inform me. I had to contact them to ask which post office and go and collect it even though I had paid for home delivery service. Getting the product took around one week longer than expected. |

Overall, very friendly and efficient service. Small picking error in Christmas rush was resolved very quickly. I called up, received a sincere apology and the correct product was sent out immediately. Communication was very good throughout and the quality product arrived shortly afterwards. Thanks. |
